Ohemaa’s Health Care and Youth Development Foundation (OHCYDF) is an NGO established in 2006, with primary objective of empowering the youth in the catchment area through skill development and training in monitoring of blood pressure as the first step in preventing high blood pressure with its complications in the general populace.
The institution is situated in a community in which most of its inhabitants are of the low income group being the displaced people of Adenta new site (Adenta – Accra).
Our vision is to be one of the best youth facility in the sub region to develop leadership capabilities for drop outs, needy and feeble youth.
Our mission is to change bright but needy, feeble, frightful dropout youth into efficient, courageous, loyal and reliable group of professionals, to provide excellent services to
mankind anywhere all the time.
Ohemaa's Health Care and Youth Development Foundation (OHCYDF) operates with two departments: Youth Development and Ohemaa Basic Academy.
